Shipping policy

We want to get your lash essentials to you as quickly and safely as possible. We partner with An Post to deliver all orders across Ireland and internationally. 

• Standard Republic of Ireland & NI Delivery: Flat rate of €4.95.
• Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over €50 (calculated after any discounts are applied).

• Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) will be processed and dispatched from our Irish headquarters on the same working day.
• Weekend Orders: Orders placed after 1:00 PM on Friday, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday, will be dispatched on the following Monday.
• Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday seasons or major sale launches. 

Once your order leaves our facility, the estimated delivery timelines via An Post standard services are as follows:

• Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland: 1–3 working days (usually next-day delivery).
• Mainland Europe: 3–7 working days.
• Rest of the World: 5–12 working days. 

Once your package is fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your An Post tracking number so you can follow its journey directly on the An Post Tracking Portal.

• Please ensure your shipping address and Eircode are completely correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
• If your parcel has not arrived within 5 working days (for Ireland) or 15 working days (for International) from receiving your tracking number, please contact us immediately at info@lifted.ie so we can initiate an inquiry with An Post.
