In 2013, Eve-ellen founded For Your Eyes Only, a specialist lash and brow salon that grew from a small business into one of Ireland's leading destinations for lash and brow treatments. Over the years, the salon expanded its team, its premises and welcomed more than 14,000 clients, and built a reputation for exceptional standards and results. But after years of working with adhesives every day, Eve-ellen developed a severe allergy to lash glue. It meant she could no longer wear lash extensions herself and eventually the allergy was so bad that she couldn't preform the treatments she had built her career around. Rather than accepting there wasn't another option she became determined to find one. She wanted lashes that looked and felt salon-quality, but without the glue, the appointments or the compromise. The challenge became the starting point for what lifted would eventually become.

Nicola has spent her career perfecting the art of brows and beauty, working & training others in salons both in Ireland and Australia before returning home to join For Your Eyes Only. As salon manager and Lead Brow Artist, she shared the same passion for delivering beautiful results while always looking for better, more innovative ways to serve clients. Together, Eve-ellen and Nicola constantly explored new ideas, attended international beauty trade shows and kept up with latest developments in the industry. They believed there had to be a better solution for women who wanted effortless, salon-quality lashes.
